But yeah..my new camera is soo pretty haha. That’s what I like best about it. And it has image stabilization so I don’t have to take a bunch of pictures only to find out they’re all blurry. The only gripe I have, is the power button which is like weirdly embedded into the camera. It could be hard to press if you had big fingers or short nails. And my friend pointed out that it seems like the button might get stuck too, but that isn’t a deal breaker for me.

I loooooove my camera! I love it so much that I’m paranoid that it’s gonna get scratched up or dropped. I guess that’s a con too, that my camera is so cute that if it gets a mark on it I’ll faint or something. Haha I’m about to find some camera skins and protect my camera like grandma’s protect their couches.
And I got it from this website, B&H Photo, which was recommended to be a fellow photo enthusiast. The prices are awesome and the site is reliable, I received my package in about a week, and they don’t add sales tax!

I decided to review the cleanser on here since I just reviewed it on MakeupAlley to give my two cents in. I too was lured by the rave reviews on MakeupAlley.com and I ended up disappointed. Ever since I started using Purpose I’ve been breaking out more than I did when I used the Olay cleanser and about the same as I did when I used Cetaphil. I think maybe it doesn’t totally clean everything off my face because I constantly have whiteheads and sometimes big pimples even. It has the consistency of liquid soap and it feels drying sometimes and it’s more expensive than the Olay cleanser. I won’t be repurchasing. I would give it a 2 out of 5 nuts.
Oh here’s a tip in case you do like the Purpose Cleanser…they say that the Clean and Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser for sensitive skin is exactly the same and I checked and the ingredients are exactly the same. The Clean and Clear bottle is bigger though and it’s cheaper! They are made by the same company tooo
I just finished with midterms today! I had three this week and two of them were today! Starting at 7:45 in the morning! If you didn’t know already I’m a nursing student and I have come to the conclusion that nursing students love to watch either House or Grey’s Anatomy, sometimes both. And it’s probably these shows that helped them decide to go into the medical field. Ok not all nursing students are this way, but a lot haha. Me included. So I’m a huuuuuuuge House fan, it’s basically the only tv show I watch and I keep hearing my cohorts talk about how “crazy” Grey’s Anatomy is getting and so I wanted to start watching it too, also so I can have something to watch when I already saw all the House episodes. I watched the very first episode online today [I hate watching tv series out of order!] and it was pretty good! I think I’ll turn into one of those Grey’s fanatics too. Even though the things that happen on medical shows totally do not reflect what happens in real life situations, it’s good fun!

Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer $9.99 at Target
I was thinking about getting the NYX concealer in a jar, but I thought this would be more economical since I wanted a green based concealer and also I didn’t know what my shade would be in NYX. I love the packaging, it looks really sleek and it has a small mirror on the inside and also 2 little brushes that are great on the go. However, this product didn’t work out very well for me. It looks alright on blemishes but for underneath the eyes it’s all splotchy and cakey looking 
. It sucks cuz I really wanted to like it! I read a review where someone mentioned that she liked her SK concealer in the summer because then the cream is softer, but that during cold weather the cream is harder to work with. Maybe that’s what’s going on with mine since it’s the middle of winter right now. So I either continue the search for a new concealer or get a new tube of what I was previously using, it was L’oreal Bare Naturale concealer and it was alright, but obviously not good enough if I’m lookin to replace it!
I would give it a 3/5 because I like the idea that you get all the colors you need right in the palm of your hand, but what’s the use if it doesn’t work? It got a lot of positive reviews on MakeupAlley though… it’s like dang what am I doing wrong? Using this makes me feel like I don’t know how to use makeup…and I do! That’s kinda like how I’m the only person who the CS liner creases on…boo!

Oh yeah if you’re looking for a skunk brush that is more dense than the Coastal Scents one, one you can use for foundation, Sonia Kashuk makes one… if it isn’t sold out at Target! It’s about 12-13 bucks I believe.
In other news, I got my wisdom tooth pulled out today and I was a big wuss about it cuz I heard horror stories about how bad it hurts. When the dentist was taking my tooth out it seemed like he was having trouble and just yanking really hard and it didn’t want to come out, but he told me that he did it that way to avoid drilling the bone out because that would be more painful later on. But yeah, I made it though my first wisdom tooth extraction and I’m alive! And glad its over hah
New Layout October 22, 2008
Are you feeling this new layout? I felt like the old on was too narrow and sometimes my pictures would get cut off. Or are you the type of person who once you’re used to something, change makes you uncomfortable hahah..I’m like that sometimes so I’m not gonna be changing up the layout like on a monthly basis or anything like that.
Oh and I totally didn’t make the layout myself, it’s all thanks to wordpess. I used to dabble in html and very limited graphic design [ok ok, i got someone to make graphics for me! haha] but man, it takes a long time and I don’t even remember how to do it anymore. This will do for now..I want my room to be chocolate brown and granny apple green too!
